Connecting Warriors to Resources Across the Nation

Warrior Excel Wellness Program is expanding its national health-equity infrastructure with the Warrior National Directory—a growing resource designed to help warriors, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals and community partners discover healthcare and community resources across the United States.

The directory supports Warrior Excel’s broader mission to improve access to wellness education, community support and practical resource navigation. It is being developed to connect communities with organizations such as healthcare institutions, specialty care resources, community health organizations, blood centers, advocacy organizations, public agencies and community partners.

Building a National Health-Equity Network

The Warrior National Directory is part of an expanding Warrior Excel ecosystem that includes Warrior365, CareSounds, Care Essentials, Warrior Voices and the Warrior Guide. Together, these initiatives are designed to make useful health, wellness and community resources easier to discover while strengthening connections among patients, caregivers, healthcare organizations and community partners.

Warrior Excel is also developing strategic partnership opportunities for healthcare innovators, employers, health plans, foundations and mission-aligned organizations interested in supporting measurable health-equity initiatives, community outreach and national resource access.
