Care Essentials Program Terms
These terms establish the operating expectations for participation in the Warrior Excel Care Essentials Assistance Program. They are intended to keep assistance fair, transparent, safety-conscious, and separate from medical care.
Program Purpose
Care Essentials provides optional comfort and wellness resources when inventory, sponsorship funding, eligibility criteria, geography, and fulfillment capacity permit. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, a particular product, a delivery date, or continued availability.
Not Medical Care
Care Essentials does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical evaluation, prescribed treatment, emergency services, or an individualized sickle cell care plan. Participants should follow manufacturer instructions and consult an appropriate healthcare professional about whether a product is suitable for them. For emergencies, seek emergency medical care or call 911.
Eligibility & Availability
Warrior Excel may use published program criteria and available resources to review requests. A request may be approved, waitlisted, declined, closed, or matched with an alternative resource. Product brands and models may change according to availability and program standards.
Safe Use & TENS Requirement
Participants are responsible for following product instructions and applicable safety guidance. A TENS unit provided through the program is subject to the separate Warrior Wellness Training Acknowledgment and required training/certification before program-supported use or fulfillment is completed.
Accurate Information & Program Integrity
Applicants should provide accurate, current information reasonably requested for program administration. Warrior Excel may pause or close a request when required information cannot be verified, when program rules are not met, or when resources are unavailable.
